ACTIVITY SELECTED: CAMPING IN THE NATIONAL PARK

Description of the activity

You can visit the National Park, make excursions inside and enjoy the view of impressive landscapes. If you walk in the National Park, you are oblied to respect and keep the quietness in this area.

1. The Campsite is situated in the platform between Roque de la Brevera Macha, Roque Salvaje and the riverside. It´s forbidden to camp somewhere else.After the place where you can arrive with a vehicle, there is only a walking path of about 6 kms, till the camping area. If you intend to camp, you will have to take all what is necessary (a permit, a camping tent, a sleeping bag, etc). It is an open air camping zone, without any shelter to protect yourself. Inform yourself about the wather forecast before camping in this place. 2. It is forbidden to light fires with wood or any other vegetable material; to use camping gas, camping light and candels; to smoke, etc. 3. The people in charge of the permit will assume responsibility if some infraction from the law about forest fires is committed or against the actual normative for environment protection. 4. It is forbidden to introduce fire arms in all the National Park. 5. It is forbidden to introduce dogs or any other animals and/or exotic plants. 6. All the flora and fauna must be respected. 7. It is not allowed to collect any sort of plants, stones or animals, or some of their parts or remains. 8. It is forbidden to throw rubbish in the camping area or in any area that is not indicated. 9. It is forbidden to use any kind of detergent or soap. Water or soil polluting products are not allowed. 10. Acustic noises that could disturbe the quietness of the Park should be avoided. 11. At the Campsite between 23:00 to 7:00, all the lights should be turned off and the campers will keep silent. 12. The person in charge of this permit for camping must present their Country Identification Document or Passport. INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS: - During the summer season and Eastern holidays, it is only allowed to camp for 2 nights (3 days in total). The rest or the year, it is possible to camp up to 7 days. - The maximum amount of people per group is 10. - It is not allowed to make reservations on the same arrival day to the camping area. The reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the arrival day for camping and up to 15 days before. - Reservations can be cancelled but not the same arrival day to the camping area. You will have to do it at least 24 hours before. If the same person wants to make more than one reservation, there must be a gap of time ot a week between each one of them. We let you Know that due to the high demand to camp in the camping area in certain months or weeks of the year, if you decide not to use your permit to camp and you do not cancell it in its due time, you will be automatically sanctioned (the responsible person of the permit and all the people included in it). The sunction will consist of one year time without letting you and all the members included in the permit to camp there.
