ACTIVITY SELECTED: COASTAL ROUTE (SERVICE WITH GUIDE ONLY IN SPANISH)

Description of the activity

Along the only coastal path located within a National Park in the Canary Islands, the visitor can witness how life was able to blossom again after hot lava destroyed it during the XVIII and XIX century. As a consequence of this eruptive period and after lava came in contact with seawater, a smaller and uneven new coastline was formed, and this is where the Route unfolds.

SERVICE WITH GUIDE ONLY IN SPANISH. 1.- Free guided walking trail service previous booking in advance maximum 2 months ahead to the wanted date. 2.- Small groups maximum 7 people, it is obligatory to speak the language in which the service is offered. 3.- Meeting point: Mancha Blanca’s Visitor and Interpretative Centre, 15 minutes before to the booked time. 4.- Tour length: 9 k. Length: 6 hours (approximately). Degree of difficulty: Maximum. 5.- The service is offered for people over 16 years old. Minors (16-17 years old) must be accompanied by an adult. 6.- Compulsory the use of mountain boots or close trekking shoes. 7.- Mandatory to bring water or isotonic drinks. It’s recommended to bring comfortable clothing, some food, sun cream protection and hat. Failure to comply the compulsory requirements may result in the cancelation of the reservations. 8.- Submit any proof of identity ID or pass, of the people attending the walk, as well as the “permit number” generated by the booking system. 9.- This service may be cancelled due to force majeure or weather warning by adverse events (Yellow, Orange or Red Alert).
