INFORMATION ON THE PARK or CENTRE SELECTED

THE PARK: The Valsain Mountains are located on the North slope of the Sierra de Guadarrama, in the municipality of San Ildefonso La Granja, province of Segovia. The two mountains, Matas and Pinar, are of public use and cover a total area of 10.688 hectares. Their three rivers (Eresma, Acebeda and Peces) are tributaries of the Duero river and their acid soil is a result of the granite and gneiss rocks.
