1.- The reservations can be done one month in advance, even the same day if there are free places.
The reservations are individual. In the case to reserve two buses at the same time there must be done two reservations.
2.- The reservation is individual. One code per bus.
3.- The minimum time to cancel one reservation is 24 hours; it means the day before. If you have any problem, you can contact with the National Park public use area; there is no limit about the time of the reservation. Each company or agency can reserve the time slots they consider necesary for the visit, taking into account that a good forecast will not have negative repercussjion for other services.
4.- The minumum time to saty with one reserve is for 30 minutes. Each company and agency must respect the time of the reservation they have done. This time slots corresponds with the time they have reserved.
5.- It is not allowed to park in the control point “El Riachuelo” to wait for one´s turn.
6.- Do not arrive to the barrier with more than 10 or 15 minutes in advance; you can permit a safety margin of 20 minutes after the start time of the reserve. Later that, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
7.- The security guard in “El Riachuelo” control point can retain the bus if the parking in La Cumbrecita viewpoint is totally occupied, or block the way to those that arrive later than the time of the reservation.
8.- In addition, the range in La Cumbrecita can determine when a bus exceeds its time slot and there are other buses waiting for its turn in the time to which one is entitled, to leave the parking at the view point, even without the customers until the limits of the National Park even it is neccessary.
9.- The responsable of the group must carry with him or her the reserve to show at the control point in “El Riachuelo”, or the ranger in La Cumbrecita view point. The reserve to show can be printed or also be showed in any a digital device.
10.- The National Park reserves the right to penalize to the companies which not respect the reservations done, especially to which does not make the visit or stay longer time than the time of the reservation.
11.- The sanctions to the responsibles for non-fulfilment the rules that regulates the access for buses to La Cumbrecita viewpoint are included in article 392,3 of the law 4/2017, of 13th July, del Suelo y de los Espacios Protegidos (about soil and protected areas), in which it is rated as a minor infraction and it will be sanctioned with a fine of 150 to 600 €. And any other forbiden act of the plans and norms of protected natural areas. And so the non-fulfilment of the foreseen conditions in the title for authorized acts.
